   * Mercury # goes Retrograde R on April 18, 2010.  It goes Direct D on May 11, 2010.  If you are unfamiliar with the Mercury Retrograde cycle, these two two articles, Beggs n' Econ and Bumbled Articulation, will explain what Mercury Retrograde creates in a person's life and what needs to be learned.

It's gardening season again.  This year, as every year, start your veggies under the different phases of the moon.  Why?  Because the plants are reaching for the light of the moon but they each reach i a different way.

Your root vegetables or veggies grown under the soil such as beets, carrots, and potatoes, should be planted when the moon is new or April 14, 2010.  And the up-top vegetables or veggies grown above the soil such as cabbage, pumpkins, and tomatoes, should be planted when the moon is full or April 28, 2010.

If you have a gardening buddy or two or three, a harvest basket filled with a pair of gloves, a bottle of sunscreen, and packages of their favorite sun sign veggie seeds makes a most appreciated gift.

And speaking of veggies, listed below is a collection of nutritionally beneficial and supportive veggies, berries, and/or fruits for each sun sign.  Also listed is each of the sun sign's flowers so that you may add joy to your garden and table.
