Beggs n'Econ, Again!

     Here we are again, beginning another Mercury Retrograde cycle. Mercury, the planet that governs communication, will begin its Retrograde or bumbled, tongue-tied communication backward feeling cycle August 23rd. It will go Direct on September 15th.

     To refresh your memory, the Mercury Retrograde cycle is that time when the planet Mercury appears to move backwards in its orbit. It doesn't really shift and go in reverse, it only appears to move backwards or slow down as one of the other planets speeds past it.

     During this slow down cycle the majority of people have a difficult time communicating: getting our point across, listening, and remembering are challenging. Misunderstandings and changes to schedules are commonplace, tempers are short, people are irritable, most people experience a general nervousness, and keys or other items are temporarily misplaced.

     Because misunderstandings are so common during a Mercury Retrograde cycle and because we change our mind about some of our decisions, it is best to avoid making major purchases, signing contracts or making commitments during a Mercury Retrograde cycle.

     The above is the tedious side of a Mercury Retrograde cycle. But there are blessings to this three + week cycle, blessings that we may not see until after Mercury goes Direct, in this case September 15, 2023.

     #1 We are more introverted which allows each of us to search our hearts and minds for self-sabotaging emotions, habits or thoughts.

     #2 We mull over our experiences which allows each one of us to come upon the truth of the experience to see the lesson in the experiences.

     #3 We review our goals as well as our path to achieving them.

     #4 We finish projects.

          Reminders...: You may be tempted to start back to school. It would be best to wait until the end of this Retrograde cycle to decide.

          Misunderstandings with your employees, customers, clients, patients, co-workers, siblings, friends, spouse, and/or children can be many.... Think first then count to 10 before you speak.

          Keys and/or money can be misplaced more frequently during a Mercury Retrograde cycle.

          If possible, avoid taking medicals tests during a Mercury Retrograde cycle, because there can be confusion with test results.

          Tempers are short and disagreements are common during a Mercury Retrograde cycle. Count to 10 before you speak!
